Tricksy is an AI-powered chat platform that lets users interact with fictional AI characters in fantasy and roleplay scenarios. The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. 2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: username, email address, password (stored in hashed form), profile avatar, and optional profile details.
• User-generated content: custom AI characters you create (name, description, personality, greeting, tags, avatar, cover image), chat messages, reviews, and other content you submit.
• Support communications: messages you send to us via email or in-app feedback forms.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device & technical data: device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, and approximate IP address.
• Usage data: features used, characters chatted with, session length, error logs, and in-app activity.
• Cookies and identifiers: on the web, we use cookies and similar technologies (see Section 11).

2.3 Information From Third Parties

• Sign-in providers: if you sign in with Google, Apple, or another provider, we receive basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) authorized by that provider.
• Payment processors: we receive transaction confirmations and basic billing metadata, but we do not store full payment card details (see Section 6).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account and authenticate you.
• Provide, personalize, and improve the AI chat experience.
• Process coin purchases, refunds, and other transactions.

5. AI-Generated Content & Chat Data

Tricksy uses large language models and other AI systems to generate responses from fictional characters. Please note:

• Your chat messages may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. These providers are bound by data processing agreements that restrict use of your data.
• Conversations may be reviewed (in anonymized or pseudonymized form) by automated systems or trained moderators for safety, abuse detection, and quality improvement.
• AI-generated responses are fictional and do not represent real persons or factual statements. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• You should not share highly sensitive information (e.g., national ID numbers, financial account credentials, medical records) in chats.

6. Coins, Purchases & Payment Data

Tricksy uses an in-app virtual currency called Coins to access premium features such as messaging certain characters, generating images, or unlocking content. Coins can be purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other supported payment channels.

• Payment information (card number, billing address) is collected and stored by the relevant app store or payment processor, not by Tricksy.
• We receive limited transaction metadata such as purchase ID, product, amount, and timestamp for accounting and customer support purposes.
• Coins have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refund eligibility is governed by the policies of the platform where the purchase was made and by our Terms of Use.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashing of passwords, restricted internal access, and routine security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for a limited period to:

• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
